Meet Helen Shi a visionary entrepreneur who has built a remarkable track record in the real estate industry through acumen in data analytics, sheer determination, and a commitment to excellence.

 

Helen started her journey in the real estate world with a clear vision – to not just develop properties but to elevate lifestyles and build lasting connections within communities.

With a passion for transforming spaces and creating thriving communities, Helen bought her first property in the Bay Area once she qualified for a loan. She created a great house hacking model as well as an urban farm, that sits in the Bay Area suburban for professionals to rest in the urban oasis. Later she invested in the Sacramento area catching the trend of Bay Area workforce overflow. She also helped her friend establish good Airbnb branding and made the impossible possible in Lakeport, CA as the new wine county after Napa fire damage.

Helen was then invited to manage multi-family apartments for the first time by a well-known Buddhist community in the Berkeley area because of her community-driven management style, cost-effective maintenance awareness, communication skills in tenant-favored arbitration, and community building/landscaping project management experiences.

 

Over the years, Helen has demonstrated an uncanny ability to identify opportunities in the market, leveraging a keen understanding of local dynamics and trends.
